Dr. Laura Ishiguro is a 2024 UDL Fellow who implemented UDL approaches and principles in HIST 329: The People Who Shaped Canada in order to address systemic barriers to accessible teaching and learning about, with, and from historically, persistently, or systemically marginalized people in Canadian history. She supports accessible learning in ACAM 300 by offering flexible in-person and online participation options and providing course materials in multiple formats, including text, audio, and video, to meet diverse student needs.
